This place was originally as a holiday camp (Butlins i think). Then during WW2 it was used to assess new recruits for the war, kit them out and ship them off to various places. Then after the war back to a holiday camp.
It closed down in 1993 and is now rotting away very slowly. Not much to see now as it has been trashed and is now mainly used for dirt bikers and graf artists. |
