It was nearly a year ago and one of my first Urban explores. The Hospital was partially demolished and an old peoples home was built in its place. The only remains of the original hospital is the mortuary. History is really hard to find on this place. I have some somewhere but dont know exactly where.
I like this place, small but a good set of fridges and a nice basement. (I didnt go down this time because it looks alot more damaged than when i last went in.)
I spoke to the nurses that work in the old peoples home and she said that there was a mortuary slab there only 5/6 years ago, but was taken out and thrown in the skip when they emptied to place out.
My main reason to re-visit was to get some better pictures of the place before they decide to demolish it. |
